BYHA hosts golf tourney

BRAMPTON - The Brampton Youth Hockey Association will hold its 4th Annual Golf Tournament on Sunday, September 7 at the Castlemore Golf and Country Club. The tournament will get underway with a shotgun start at 1:30 pm. The tournament will feature a Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive Prizes as well as the overall tournament winner's prize. The format of the tournament is a 4 member team scramble.The registration fee of $130 includes green fees, shared cart and dinner. Proceeds from the tournament will be directed towards the BYHA's Special Needs Program, the BYHA Scholarship Fund and the Minor Hockey Foundation Ontario which provides funds to allow youngsters to play minor hockey.A registration form can be accessed from the Special Events page of www.bramptonyouthhockey.com or by contacting the office at 905-453-3243.The tournament committee is also seeking prize donations.
